The Treehouse
The Treehouse is a two-floor modern, newly constructed private waterfront home with a gorgeous treetop view of Kilton Pond and the surrounding mountains. The sunlit top floor kitchen and living room offer a cathedral ceiling, heated tile floor and heated granite tabletop, innovative skylights, cozy gas fireplace seating area and floor to ceiling (8’ x 16’) glass doors, which open onto the upper deck and provide a magnificent pond view at treetop level.
The house contains three fully furnished bedrooms, with the master bedroom opening onto a screened in porch overlooking the pond, a full working kitchen, washer/dryer and one full and one 3/4 bathrooms, one containing a high-tech Japanese style toilet for the ultimate in comfort and cleanliness.
Two additional sun decks, a private screened in porch and waterside picnic table make ideal settings for enjoying the great outdoors.
The Flagship
The Flagship is a charming, fully furnished contemporary-style waterfront home with an open living room offering a beautiful view of Kilton Pond and a gas fireplace with a large stone mantel, full kitchen, dining area with table, washer/dryer and one full and one 3/4 bathrooms.
It features an open master bedroom on the second floor with pond views from the Queen size bed, a full bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a second small reading room, as well a double bunk-bed in a private room on the first floor with a three-quarters,
handicap accessible shower.
The property also contains a front deck leading down to the water, private side patio and sunbathing area, small private beach and dock. A pontoon boat is tied up at the Flagship’s dock for cocktails or conversation.
A small path connects this property to both the Cabin and
the Treehouse.
The Cabin

and visitors share a small private beach with the Flagship.
The Cabin is fully furnished and features one master bedroom with
King size bed, a guest room containing a double bunk bed, and one 3/4 bathroom.
The Cabin also offers a private deck and beautiful pond views.
The kitchen has Brazilian stone countertops, a microwave and convection oven,
gas cook top, two dishwasher drawers and an under counter sub-zero refrigerator and freezer.
